Facilities

A/S Hvide Sande Skibs- & Baadebyggeri has slipway facilities with 12 slipway carts, with a capacity up to 450 tons.

Besides that, the shipyard has the following productions facilities:

- Production hall - Repairs & Maintenance.   

- Production hall, with heating - New builds.

- Surface treament hall, with controlling of the heating

  and humidity, for sandblasting and surface treatment.

- Tent for covering tracks on the slipway and for surface treamtent.

The shipyard has is own 50 tons mobile crane for lifting different subjects, in connection with projects on the yard and on other places in Hvide Sande and vicinity. (For further information about Seasight Crane Service, click here!)

The shipyard has also 100 m. assembly quay, carpentry-, joinery- and smithy shops and facilities for fibre glass projects. The shipyard is approved of the Danish Maritime Authority to make repairs and new builds in fibre glass.                                                                                                

In connection with the painting hall, is the shipyards painting shop, which offers different kinds of surface treatment sandblasting, metalizing etc. 

The Technical Department designs, develops and manages projects from drawing to finished vessel. The Sales & Marketing department makes quotations and services our customers with the highest level of service.
